Customers always ask,

  "what is the difference between water base and oil base sealer?"

 

Then i simply ask them, "when you  paint the outside of your house, what kind of paint do you use, water base or oil base paint?"

 

  They reply, "oil base of course"

​And i asked them "why?"

​

​  They reply, "because water base would wash away"

 

​I then smile, and asked them, "well would you want a water-based sealer on your driveway?"
